Who?
Edward (Thomas) Piou, 30-something fellow in San Francisco, CA.
What?
This is my personal web site; it includes a weblog, links to things I do, and links to things I like.
When?
piou.org was initially launched on April Fool's Day, 1995. I retired that first major iteration in October, 1999; the second iteration lasted through November, 2001. This is the third iteration.
Why?
Er - good question. To have a collection of links to things I'm actively doing; links to things I think other people should see; and a good starting page for myself when I launch my browser.
Where?
Previously based in Silver Spring, MD; currently in San Francisco, CA.
How?

I collect the typical information which you give away when you go to a website - IP address, browser you're using, etc. - but I don't use it in any attempts to market to you, and don't provide this information to anyone else.
